the access to the refrigerator needs to be much sooner in the game than where its at now. right now, its only accessible at the end of the game. by the time you can access it, its too late, the game is pretty much done. instead, the refrigerator should be somewhere sooner, much sooner. not at the beginning, but somewhere just before middle or at.  the thing is useless at such a late spot in the game.

I think they intended it for people who play on saves beyond the main story play through, but I agree. It would be nice for people who want to focus on the story to have a quality of life upgrade half way through their play through. And it doesn't have to be the full blown refrigerator either if it's too op for mid-game, make a smaller more basic one available mid-game instead.
