Not getting new achievements as a client from the 1.2 update

1. PC (Patch 1.2.1.4108 Rel)

2. Multiplayer 3 people total, Me as the host and two friends all on PC

3. Medium

4. Clients are not getting the new achievements from the 1.2 update. For example, I got the Chillax achievement as the host, but my friend did not. One friend used the Super Duper and did not get the achievement for that either.

We got all achievements back in January, so we can't check if they still can get the old achievements.
