SINGLE Serving JACK Posted April 30, 2023 Posted April 30, 2023 Some additional insects I am still waiting on and hope to see one day. Grasshopper Roach Butterfly Walking Stick Slug Centipede Some Addional Bosses: Ant Queens Garden Snake Frog Scorpion
Fallenmistakes Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 First off the grasshopper was redacted along with the butterfly and fire ant queen. Which doesn’t mean they won’t be coming back. The centipede is a great idea, I actually talk a lot about the centipede concept and how they could implement it, along with how they could implement the scorpion as well. The roaches would compliment the centipede as well since centipedes eat roaches. But the thing is that the centipede would nee to be a boss due to its size and durability. A **** would be neat, maybe to be a sticky kind of weapon or projectile to momentarily trap enemies. A garden snake and a frog would likely fall down the same path as the lizard boss and never be implemented. A stick bug would be cool but I think it would also fall to the same kind of stale uselessness of the firefly And for the ant queens I think the fire ant queen should be brought into development again. Having a black ant queen and normal ant queen would seem like the devs are just making even more reskins of bugs. And reskinned bosses are even worse.
Joerch Posted May 5, 2023 Posted May 5, 2023 Great Ideas for more Insects, some of them I had in mind too. I have a few more in mind. 1. What about Hornets. I know Wasps are the newest Insects in the Game, but for the future. You can make them as rare as the Black Widow on the map. But when the game grows in the future they could be used for a Tier 4 Weapon and/or Armor, perhaps. 2. Another great insect in my opinion would be a dragon-fly. They could live and fly around the Koi Pond and dragon-fly larvas could live in the Koi Pond. 3. Making or creating a large tunnel system if it´s possible could be done by an earthworm. This could be great if it´s possible for implementing a weather system. They leave their tunnels when it´s raining and they become weaker, but when they are in their tunnels in the underground they are stronger. These tunnels could also be used by connecting other yards coming from DLC´s or the tunnels could be used to get under the house. 4. The last one I have in mind is an earwigs.
