Roof overhang fix

I love playing grounded but one glaring issue stands out to me. The roofs look horrible!
Not the roof model it's self but the way they place slightly behind the wall of your base/house. I often place a half wall above the full wall and overhang the roof (which is allowed) however when building the angled wall to fill in a side overhang I cannot place an angled wall half way on the roof slope.
WHY!? It doesn't seem so difficult and the result is a beautiful roof overhang of 1/2 tile. The difference with and without overhang is very noticeable and bothersome.
