Super Versions For Elemental Arrows

I am going nuts because sour arrows are tier 3 while the other elemental arrows are tier 2, so I think the sour arrow should be tier 2 and there should be super versions of the elemental arrows that are tier 3 and do more damage, and also the elemental damage accessories should all be tier 3, not just sour being tier 3
