Sam glitch - headless floating human

So Sam the robot is now a headless, floating human. Am I the only one with this glitch? He’s wearing Nyoka’s original green outfit. His arms stick straight out from his body and he kinda just glides everywhere with feet a few inches above ground and no head. 

 

Because he doesn’t have his arm-gun thing, yellow acid just kind of shoots out of him like he’s p!$$ing on people. He’s a fully functional companion. Not sure how this happened. I’m on Eridanos and it’s been a while since I took him anywhere. I’m also pretty sure I sold Nyoka’s armor a long time ago.

I’d add pics and videos but they‘re too large. Anyone know how?

I'm having the same glitch... Tried verifying game's file integrity, restarting, I may just mess around with the files to see if that may help... But I don't see an easy fix in sight :(
