The black maiden:

In an attempt to recover his research and control the black ants, Tully created a robotic ant queen that looks like a sort of female version of the Mant, the robot unfortunately gained a conciseness and took the side of the black ants, you can find her by using a brat burst and then a tier 3 hammer to remove nails blocking the passage, then unlock a door with the "director's key card" you can summon her using 3 red ant eggs, she'll basically be a harder version of the Mant with new attack and such...
