Does Obsidian even read the "Grounded Suggestions" forum?

There are a few cool things that I want in the game. I posted like hell in Suggestions, but I'm wondering if the devs will actually read it.

Do they have a history of implementing fan suggestions? Do they commonly read that forum? Are my ideas cool enough to put into the game?

Yea the devs do have a big history of submitting suggested content by the community. You can actually see it in their update notes
