My game crashes when I try to enter load or save menu

My game crashes when I try to enter load or save menu 

This happened suddenly when I was playing in my world, in multiplayer mode. 

And now, I cannot enter neither save or load menu. 

I tried to restart my laptop, logging out of my Xbox game pass account, and nothing fixed my problem.

I just need this problem to be fixed, so I can complete and enjoy playing again in my world, because we had a lot of fun and progress in my world.
