Ease of vertical build requests

Due to building/decorating tall structure being difficult without making grass plank platforms around on each height, some sort of vertical crane (like those window washing called bosun's chair) using ropes and stems that can attach off of zip-line anchor would be useful. It can even just be a pulley based elevator that unlocks after getting ZIP.R which can also be used like a vertical crane for building.
