Convert Game Pass Saves to Steam

According to the Internet, Pentiment's Game Pass save files are located in C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.OE-Missouri_8wekyb3d8bbwe\SystemAppData\wgs\ but the only files in there are gibberish compared to the files created in the Steam save location C:\Users\User\AppData\LocalLow\Obsidian Entertainment\Pentiment\CurrentGame. Is there a way to rename/convert these to the same format as Steam so I can continue my game on that platform?
