I broke the mix.r modules

I broke all three mix.r modules because I thought i was supposed too and now it won't let me start the java machine it jut says "Mix.r modules need repairing" if any one know how to fix this please let me know

Bring a repair tool to it, and use it like you are repairing a damaged building structure. 

This is also how you would reactivate a failed Mix.r defense challenge, repairing it will allow it to be reactivated to defend again.
