We still need to beat Director Schmector, the Mantis, and the final Javamatic fight.... but we wanted to upgrade more weapons to do so, and the *GRIND* to get all the respawnable parts needed to create, say, the Sturdy Whetstones ("Spider Fangs"), is ridiculous! So, I figured, "Hey, let's try the waft emitter and see if we can get more fangs that way!" So not only did we have to *use* fangs in order to create a Wolf Spider raid, we didn't even break even with fangs when we were finished?!?! What gives?!? To us... this is SUCH poor design choice; especially when the game is basically coming to and end soon (for all intents and purposes). Why gate players like this, that are near the end game? Why not allow us to farm a good amount of creature resources from faction raids? Why does it seem like we always only barely break even, or have a net loss on parts? This was the case with the few higher level creature we tried (i.e. Wolf Spiders, Black Ox, etc). This really needs to be changed so that starting raids (especially with a waft emitter) is a much easier way for players to farm those higher tier resources! And it could even be where the more parts you use, the better chance to get higher profit of resource/parts from the creatures! When I don't want to spend *hours and hours* going around the entire map to come back with maybe 25-30 spider fangs (i.e. for sturdy whetstones), to have to then wait even longer for them to respawn and start all over. Why not allow players the agency to farm those resources from their own base?!?! Please devs... reconsider this! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
