Shared world unplayable due to constant disconnects

My two sons and I all play on PcGamepass.  It doesn't matter who hosts, we all randomly get kicked after 10-15 minutes of playtime.  We can play the game solo for hours just fine, but as soon as someone joins the disconnects start happening. It's now at the point where we have to log in and play solo taking turns just so we can progress the game. Obviously not ideal!
