I decided to buy Stick Of Truth and I need help

I bought stick of truth on steam and it just wont start . I would click play it would do most the intro then freeze , I cant Alt+Tab I cant do anything . I left my Steam Shift + Tab open to see whay happens and it froze aswell .

Specs:
GTX 1650
16GB Ram
RYZEN 5 3600

Try running it in window mode maybe? And try reinstalling I guess, maybe some sort of malfunction.

Quick question , how do I run the game in window mode when I cant access the settings in the game?

Depends on platform you bought it on, I think on steam you are able to type -windowed in Properties -> Launch options.
