Lag and Crashes

Since the new update My Friends and I have found the game unplayable. Frame rate has dropped in both multiplayer and single, Frequent crashes sometimes can't even load into the game. Anyone else having this issue?

Same lag and stutter issues here on xbox series x.  Even in upper yard.  The whole map.  Doesnt matter where you are.  Fine before last update.  Playing single player.
