1.04 Update (PC) *SEMI-SPOILERS* Losing Weapons when swapping before death

Hello, I have found a bug (Replicated 3 times, unfortunately LOL) where dying when swapping weapons causes the weapons to disappear from the game.

Example: When fighting an antlion, I am shooting it with my crossbow from a distance. As it gets closer to do its lunge attack, I switch to a one-handed weapon (Which also automatically takes out my torch). Before the weapon swap animation finishes, I am killed by the antlion. When I return to my backpack, the weapons that I swapped to before death are no longer in my backpack, and are also not in the surrounding area. 

This has also happened in the area by the oak tree while fighting O.R.C. insects twice.

Yo, I had the same exact thing happen to me just now while fighting the moth, except I lost my lvl6 widow dagger and a fire ant shield
