Missing field station

There is supposed to be a field station in the corner of the upper yard along the brick wall (kind of close to the ladder if you follow the brick wall to the corner). It is not there in my game. It's supposed to have the "CCTV report". It's crazy that this could be missing from just my game. I am playing on steam and have used the verify files option. I have uploaded a screenshot of what I am seeing.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I am going for 100 percent completion but not being able to get this field station/data item will prevent that and I definitely won't play a second time to 100 percent so it is frustrating.

Apologies if I have somehow made a tremendous mistake and am not in the right area. I don't think that is that case but if it is, I would be embarassed.

Edit: I forgot to mention that this is a single player instance.

If memory serves me right, there's one in the stump underneath it. and one very high up by the wheelbarrow, you'll have to climb the vines. I got told that the I've you're looking for was actually moved

Thank you to the replies. The youtube video I was watching was from October and after the 1.0 release (maybe they recorded before???). If it was moved at some point, that would make sense. Thank you again.
