Lost all equipped items on shared world

I've lost all my character's equipped items after crashing on death. The rest of my items were still in the backpack, but all the items my character had equipped are gone. While I can simply craft my weapons and armor back, my accessory is unfortunately permanently gone. Is there any way I can spawn that beautiful Compliance Badge using console commands or a save editor?

Ya they fixed the disappearing items this patch. I do wonder though are they going to address the lost accessories. I lost the elf charm do to this bug myself.

I have lost multiple sets of lvled up gear and weapons and also lost charms and the pinch wacker and cannot get any of them back. time to retire this game as still no reply from anyone about anything

Small update: Immediately after the patch, I died with my dagger and shield equipped but respawned with my crossbow instead. Dagger and shield have both mysteriously vanished.

First time I got knocked down after the patch, I lost my sword + shield, nothing else.

It happened again, lost my crossbow and 25 arrows this time. I think it occurs if you change weapons right before you get killed.

A while ago (July 13) my friend and I were playing on our multiplayer game and managed to get the sandbox badge (biomedical?) At some point the badge disappeared completely from my inventory and we had thought maybe I had dropped it, so I reloaded the earliest save and we spent hours looking for it but never found it. when I looked on Reddit to see if this was a common occurrence or like a bug of some sort and it said that it had already been fixed in one of 2022 updates (I think?)

I think it's still a problem and maybe something happened in a newer update that patched it or something, is there any way I can get the badge back without reloading the save? This was quite a while ago and I'm only remembering to ask now so I can no longer reload the save it would've been on if I had in fact dropped it
