Supreme whetstone and marble recipes

I've completed all labs and can't find or unlock the recipes for supreme whetstone and plating.  With the limited amount of supreme quartzite and marble available, it's impossible to upgrade even 1 weapon to maximum. Same issue for armour.  With quartzite and marble not respawning, an alternative recipe is required.  Any help or information regarding this issue would be much appreciated.

It would be abit of a spoiler to say excatly but if you don't have the recipe for the tier3 upgrade alternate recipe then there is one more lab to find
