I've already get the Black Ant hill Chip, and still can't make Supreme Plating, nor see the recipe on the terminal

All my researches online pointed that this is the Chip i need to unlock the recipe.

I have all the chips except Stump Lab (I was planning to upgrade my gear before going to the last and most difficult place in the game).

Is this a bug?

PS: My character was created on the early access period, so I've unlock many of the recipes pre 1.0

And yes, I required all the chips again after 1.0

i am having this same issue   on my save that was created before 1.0.0

i go to the science shop and its saying i already purchased the recipes for the advanced smithing but when i go to the oven to craft i have no recipes  

plz help
