Was forced to reload save file on way back to backpack after death. And once I loaded back in I've lost all equiped gear including the left elf charm. I know this has to be a bug as the charms have no decay. So can't be a  inventory full moment. Anyone found a solution? 

Repaird backpack reloaded save multiple times. Also gone back to the left elf charm spawn point. It's like the itam is missing from the game now. I'm upset 150 days into game and it's all a waste of time as I can't get the best trinket in game now... 

 

Thats happening in PC too. Such a sad bug.
