Issues with multiplayer cross platform

Hey guys, I've been playing Grounded with my 2 kids. I'm on Steam, my son is on the Xbox pass on the PC and my daughter is on the Xbox console with the game pass.

We have been experiencing some issues during multiplayer:

• My daughter specifically will be constantly desyncing around. Sometimes she is floating, sometimes doors don't open or close and sometimes she just doesn't see grass/weed stems that are there for both me and my son
• Both children are experiencing issues around Zip Lines going to the wrong location, but when they ride them, they start flipping out, warping around the map, but they are heading in the direction of the zip line. Eventually the zip line will kick in properly and fix it self, but this is a constant issue, which happens on every load of the map
• Both children are experiencing missing textures, like the floor disappears
• Raids are happening, but even when we have killed everything, it says "payback delivered"
• My daughter is falling through the map a lot.

I'm not sure if this is a multiplayer series of bugs, save game related bugs or game bugs in general.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this, because so far the multiplayer experience is a little rough.

I can add that the first 2 points me and my friends have experienced on a Steam-steam-steam multiplayer session, where it does not matter who hosts the shared world, the issues occur always with the non host.
