October 10, 20223 yr Fellow players have reported serious lag while visiting my base, which is situated within the coiled hose. It got so bad that, to them, the game slide shows, causing them to skip and teleport. To me it often looks like they're swimming in place. Game seems buggier than the beta. We thought perhaps it was because I had too many light sources (the parameter is lined with approx. 30 of them), but when we extinguished all of them, the apparent benefits were marginal. One player thinks it might be caused by terrain collision in my base foundations, but short of tearing up the whole base. I'm not sure how to test for that. My base is neither large nor complex. Have any of you experienced lag when visiting other players' homes? Does anyone know what might be causing it?
