In the hedge lab after entering the password into the computer and going into the back room. In the room the super chip is on the table but there is no Power switch in the room to turn the power back on to the research stations.  There is also no gas mask on the table.

 

 

Remember they changed things when the game fully release meaning they wouldn't leave everything the same. The lab with the power switch is in a different part of the hedge. in fact, it is at the beginning of the hedge where you find the field station.
