Mint Mallet/Mace Blueprint..?

Hey so we're playing obviously the full release (we absolutely love it as always it is super amazing :)) and we're pretty far in the game and we were wondering how we're supposed to unlock the mint mallet blueprint (although I read somewhere the name changed to mint mace)? We've crafted the teir 2 insect hammer and have busted ice cap mints everywhere, including the case by the spawn and we still haven't unlocked it? We tried looking it up but can't find out how we're supposed to get the blueprint. Thank you for reading and for any help you can offer! :-)

The Mint Mace is a blueprint you must find.
If I remember from Early Access it may have been in the Sandbox. There should be a Lab in the sandbox with a Burgl Chip that has the recipe for the Mint Mallet. 
Also the Mint Mallet requires Mint Glob to make which need Mint Caps to make it. Regardless of researching the item, you need to get the recipe from Burgl after turning in that chip.
