Items Disappearing

1. PC Steam

2. Multiplayer with two people in game.

3. My wife said her backpack disappeared. Not sure because the icon was gone as well. As for me I had items I was upgrading
disappear at the smithing station. It was the ant club level 3 to 4.

4. Using the smithing station.

Anyone else have this issue?

Yes we lost all our gear upgraded weapons upgraded armor and our whole backpack with loot 3 times now and in the last glitch we lost the pinch wacker and I don't think you can get another one pretty upsetting
