No glue masher schematic

I’ve gotten the hedge super chip but the glue masher schematic isn’t available for purchase via ASL station

I believe you get the glue masher schematic from beating the boss in the sandbox and getting the super chip and aux chip in the sandbox location.

I got confused because there isn't a super chip in the sand box, he/she meant the black anthill.
