I realize it's just a visual change, but shouldn't some armor/weapons be labeled Tier 4 at this point?

Like, Roly Poly armor just is NOT on the same level as, say, armor from the North-east yard or even the North-west yard, so it's kinda odd it's considered the same Tier.
