Analyze quests bugged out

So after the 1.0 update and loading back into one of my early access maps that i have been playing on since the game was a thing basically in game preview it now says to analyze plant fibers and pebblets and other stuff but me and my friends have already in the past on this world so there is no way to do it so the quests are stucks on the screen and we have no way to get rid of them there needs to be a update that makes it to where after this update you won't get analyze quests if the item tied to it has already been analyzed.

I'm already level 15 brainpower but the achievement is still stuck at 40%..for the level 10 brainpower achievement. Playing Co-Op as nonhost doesn't seem to give any achievements or progress towards achievements at all.
