flower won't respawn

after I harvest flowers, they won't respawn. I thought it might take a long period to respawn. but it is more than 40 game days...

I tried reinstall and fix bug locations, it still won't respawn. 

anyone know how to fix this?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
