Anybody else not a fan of the mandatory reload of crossbow prior to switching weapons???

In no other game that I can think of is it mandatory to reload your weapon BEFORE swapping to a different one. What's the point if hot-swapping in a fight at all if I have to wait for the crossbow to reload? IMO, the reload shouldn't be mandatory until swapping back to the crossbow.
