Fighting brood mother in multiplayer causes Xbox One to crash

When trying to fight the brood mother in multiplayer on an Xbox One, the game freezes to a black screen then crashes and drops me out to the main xbox menu. 

What should I do to collect a diag to help troubleshoot this?

Same happens to my buddy and me. He's one Xbox one X and I am on Xbox series X. 

The game crashes when we get the Broodmother's HP down to like halfway.
