Im such an idiot - I had no idea there was such loops to go through to get the "full game"

I have spent some odd $40+ for all the adventures and literally 2 days ago finished all my purchases to get the alternate skins for all 12 characters.

But I also just found out that you have to "unlock" all the cool cards in the app but you get all the cool cards plus 3-6 exclusive legendareies when going through Steam.

I know the "Ambassador Program" is ancient at this point, but is there any way to 

1) get  my money back through Apple for at least the $15-18 bucks I just spent for JUST alternate character skins

2) Is there like an ambassdor program 2.0 where people who JUST come on and make a similar goof, dont get double tapped just to get access to full card serts ?
