All of my inventory was lost after the latest update. This is not the first time this has happened to me after an update. I reached out to support and they advised, “Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do on our end to restore your items, the game isn't built like that. The best we can do is take your information and add it to our database for investigation. As you know Grounded is a Game Preview/Early access game, and unfortunately there will be setbacks and growing pains. If this is something you aren't comfortable with, we recommend coming back to the game when it's more stable.” I’d like to continue playing, but I guess I’ll come back later when it’s more stable???? lol🥴 Why is the only solution to stop playing Grounded all together? Huh??

 

1. Platform (Xbox Console, PC Game Pass, PC Steam): Xbox 
2. Multiplayer or Single Player Game (if multiplayer, can you let us know how many players in total in the game and their platforms if you know this): Multiplayer. There are 4 of us. We play on my friend’s map consistently.
3. Description of issue: Everything I had equipped including all of my inventory has vanished. Please advise.
