Xoti's Lantern's Threshing Aura ability no longer scales with Religion skill?

Xoti has 10 points in Religion, yet I only receive a 3% damage boost from Threshing aura. When I hover over the 3%, it tells me: 1 base + 0 Religion. What am I missing? Or is this a bug? Thanks for any insight!

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
