Hoping I can get some help here. I've been playing pillars for a while now; I've finished it 3 times on my PC with no issues whatsoever. I've played through the Xbox app on game pass.

A couple of days ago I decided to give the game another go on path of the damned. I tried to save my game and it didn't work! The save button is clickable but it actually does nothing when I click it. I figured I'd keep moving and see if it will auto save but after the first story book cutscene plays it gets stuck on the loading screen to the cave ruins.

I tried deleting my save folder, deleting the game/reinstalling, and I even reset my entire PC, but the issue still persists. I have no idea what else I should be doing, and googling hasn't helped at all. I found one person post about this in the Obsidian forums years ago, the exact issue I'm having but they didn't get a response so no help there.

Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how did you get it resolved? PoE 1 & 2 are my favorite game of all time, so I like to keep them installed and playable on my PC in case I decided I want another playthrough, so I really want to resolve this. I even consider re-purchasing the game on Steam, but the post that I saw also had the issue was on Steam so I'm afraid a different version won't help.

I don't know where to find the output file in the Windows version of PoE so I can't attach it =(.
