I purchased the expansion pass for the game I have installed both dlc from the microsoft store. The store and xbox app says both dlc's are installed but when I load up game it says both dlc's are now  available it should say installed but it does not.

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
