October 24, 20214 yr Assistant-Manager keycard bugged. My friend and I are 116days into a grounded save. We just killed the AM. The key spawned near the pond. Just under the solid rockbed. ~30cm under the rocks. We cant loot it, and can't move forward. I don't have a save close enough to the fight to be worth it. I'll loose 6+days of work.
January 25, 20233 yr Something similar happened to me. I pulled a few ant soldiers into the boss room and pressed the button to start the fight. Ant and bots go at it but, just as the lasers start up, all the baddies die, despawn, and the keycard dropped 855cm away. https://imgur.com/a/3qwCECA
February 16, 20232 yr I had a world glitch where all progress/mutations/charms were lost on my character in a shared world. I ALWAYS make a standard RT (Xbox)/R2 (PS) world copy TWICE a day without fail now so if one of the copies becomes corrupted I have another to go on.... I hope you managed to sort it!
