Screen Tearing and Black Screen on Series X/S

After updating my game on Series X/S today, I've been having issues with screen tearing pretty frequently, particularly after closing a menu. The game will also sometimes briefly go completely black, or weirdly, only half of the screen goes black. It happens very quickly so I haven't been able to get a screenshot of it, and so far it hasn't resulted in crashes or anything game-breaking. Just wanted to see if others are running into this + notify the dev team in case it's not a known issue.
