This was not an issue in the public test for H&H, but has started with the live update. When I press the block button, the character will block then hold the block for several seconds or until killed. While blocking is stuck, no combination of buttons or clicks cause the blocking animation to stop. Running or moving away from the target is also disabled. When blocking is unfrozen, pressing the block button again is unresponsive. However when not engaged with an enemy, blocking works as normal. Timing a perfect block does not appear to affect the glitch.

I've tested this in multiple saves, including a new H&H release game, with different characters and weapons, and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Unplayable until this bug is fixed. 

I still have that issue till this day. Idk how to fix it.
