I am getting an access denied error when trying to download the Deadfire novella from the My Products page at obsidian.net. I've tried on multiple computers and get the same error in xml:

<Code>AccessDenied</Code>
<Message>
Query-string authentication requires the Signature, Expires and AWSAccessKeyId parameters
</Message>

I thought I could just grab it out of my steam directory since all the other backer items are in there, but the novella just has the note from 2018 saying that the novella isn't complete yet.

After trying the novella, I tried some other items and get the same error no matter what I try to access.

This was apparently caused by an update to the web backend and has now been fixed.
