Any Plans for DLSS or FSR?

Will there ever be plans to Implement AMD FSR (Fidelity FX Super Resolution) or NVidia DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling) and perhaps even Ray Tracing for those who want to punish their PC? Though admittedly RTX I don't think would be all that useful as not too many reflective surfaces. But hey its a thought. Though the up-sampling options for sure would be much appreciated!

Edit: Come to think of it, it would be nice to see more tweakable graphics options as well. Stuff for like increasing the resolution scale, options for anti aliasing, SSAO options, Texture size options, and more.
