After 0.10 uptade game crashed in loading for me like many people today i managed to load my latest save without problem go search button type add or remove programs and remove all microsoft/xbox apps that can be removed some of them cannot be removed let them stay i don't know which one did the trick but after i did this my game works great i think one of these apps makes game crashes on loading screen i don't know about w7 though just talking for w10
