My wife, son, and I are playing a game my wife is hosting on our Xbox Series X and she is the only one to whom the new mutations are available. My son is playing on an Xbox One S and I'm playing on a Win 10 PC. If I host a game, the mutations become available. What I mean by that is, when we check the mutations under the 'status' tab, there are only two mutation tiles for my son and I in the bottom row, but there are four for my wife. My testing has demonstrated (for us, at least) that only the host has access to the new mutations. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix?

***EDIT***

Well, we found a fix...if you start a new game then all players have the new mutations. Heavy sigh.
