Most of all I expect achievements in the game.

In my opinion, this will motivate players to explore the world and perform unusual activities.

Agreed. I think if they had an achievement linked with each location that Burgl sends you to stick a flag in would be good. Adds some extra incentive to acually go do it, not that the RS isn't worth it.
