0.9.0.3044 REL (Win 10): Signs can't be placed on walls more reliably.

I can't place new signs or move old signs on walls at all in Grounded 0.9.0.3044 REL (Win 10, Steam). Says "LOCATION OBSTRUCTED".

This have worked in previous versions.

Anybody else experience the same problem?
