Weapons Randomly cycling and coming upholstered on pc

So from the begining after i got a second and third weapon now foruth slotted into quickslots if i have my weapon holstered not only does it randomly unholster but if i have my weapon of choice in the moment out it will randomly cycle sometimes 2 or three times between my other weapons which is really anoying and deadly at sometimes to my charachter if im in combat please provide a solution to this as it is a game breaker its hard to fight when you are in a ranged copmbat and your weapon cycles continuosly to melee or your back up weapon which in this case would be the pistol
