Hello,

i bought PoE2 today at GoG Galaxy, but i cant start the game. It will crash everytime on startup. I checked up the arcticle https://support.obsidian.net/article/25-my-game-is-crashing-on-launch-what-can-i-do but the solutions wont work for me.

My operating system has newest update and my graphics card driver is the newest, too.

I attached the error.log, crash.dmp and output_log.txt as a zip file to this thread.

 

Somebody has an idea to this?

Hello. I've got the same problem - game crashing every time at startup. I have it in steam, tried checking integrity and reinstalling the game - nothing helped. Drivers are up-to-date. Archive with debug info attached.

Found info in the net, that  MS KB5001330 could affect. Removed it, nothing changed.

AMD today updated Radeon software. I updated it on PC, still same.

P.S. Does anyone from dev team reading this post?
