I see within the multiplayer lobby the options to change difficulty of a saved game you are continuing, however you cannot choose any of the available options. I would love to swap my saves to creative on high stress days and play without being on defense the entire time. Is this supposed to be functional or is this something being setup still for a future option? If i start a new save in creative, will I never be able to swap it to a normal mode for play? 

I did receive email from support about this and they have informed me that the game difficulty is not intended to be changed. Once your game is started, that is the difficulty you are set to.
